Children's Easter Trail

Mareham Pastures Local Nature Reserve (Sleaford)

1-3pm, Thursday 8th April

A children’s Easter Trail organized by Lincolnshire County Council’s, Environmental Management Team and the Friends of Mareham Pastures involving a trail around the nature reserve and a small prize for successful completion. The event is for the whole family and should take approximately 1 hour.    Children must be accompanied by an adult.   there is no charge for this event. 

Location:  Mareham Pastures Local Nature Reserve, Sleaford.  If you are travelling by car please park in one of Sleaford’s public car parks and walk to Mareham Pastures.

Mareham Pastures Walk and AGM

Mareham Pastures Local Nature Reserve (Sleaford)

7 pm, Wednesday 9th June

A short guided walk around Mareham Pastures looking at what has been achieved over the last 5 years.  The walk will be followed by the Friends of Mareham Pastures Annual General Meeting and a informal picnic (bring your own food).  The event is organized by the Friends of Mareham Pastures.

Children's Nature Activity Event

Mareham Pastures Local Nature Reserve (Sleaford)

1-4pm, Saturday 18th September

A fun afternoon of nature based activities for children including animal face masks, bug hunting, treasure hunts and willow weaving.  The event is organised by Lincolnshire County Council’s, Environmental Management Team and the Friends of Mareham Pastures.  All activities are free of charge and children must be accompanied by an adult.
