Next Event Children's Easter Event at Mareham Pastures |
A volunteer day at Mareham Pastures LNR undertaking tree
planting and maintenance.
Volunteers to meet at Lavender Close entrance, Southfields,
Sleaford for a 10am start.
Tea, coffee & biscuits will be provided, please bring your
own lunch.
Were appropriate clothing for the weather, wrap up warm and
wear sturdy footwear.
Activity will be led by Matthew Davey, Conservation Officer,
Lincolnshire Council.
A themed
children’s event organised by Lincolnshire County Council’s,
Environmental Management Team involving a gentle walk, short
stories and a craft activity. The event is aimed at 5 to 10
year olds and should take approximately 2 hours. Places are
limited and booking is essential. Children must be
accompanied by an adult.
Location: Meet at
10 am, Mareham Pastures Local Nature Reserve, Sleaford. If
you are travelling by car please park in one of Sleaford’s
public car parks and walk to Mareham Pastures. There is
ample car parking at the nature reserve and toilet
facilities.
